• Is the focal point of all information flow for ECO's, schedule changes, delivery commitments
• Holds weekly project review meetings to focus the efforts of all departments
• Attends customer status meetings and tracks action items
• Works with you on cost reduction
• Has the primary responsibility for making you a satisfied customer
